The pool is equipped with a safety gate for children, a practical outdoor shower and comfortable chairs and chaise longue to offer maximum relaxation under the sunny sky of Salento. The entrance and parking are shared with another house.
Proceeding towards the main entrance, you will find a long covered patio furnished with wooden tables and chairs in modern design, along with a cozy sofa with table. This space is ideal for enjoying pleasant meals outdoors, admiring the evocative panoramas of the south. The interiors of the house privilege light colors and delicate tones, with a decor ranging from traditional in the bedrooms to modern in the bathrooms and the super-equipped kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to the kitchenette with microwave, toaster and coffee maker, the spacious living room hosts a wooden table, a practical sofa bed and a 58-inch Smart TV with 4K resolution.
Villa Le Fontanelle manages to offer one of the most important experiences during a holiday: making you feel truly at home.
The amenities include a full range of accessories such as barbecue, outdoor shower, hairdryer, Air conditioning (present in each bedroom and one in the corridor adjacent to the living area), iron and ironing board. As for entertainment, the villa has a 58-inch TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine. For maximum convenience, there is also a washing machine.
Access to the property is facilitated by an entrance avenue, while the shared parking, with the possibility of accommodating up to 3 cars, adds a further level of convenience.

Lovely house with plenty of space outside for eating and sunbathing. It was quiet, peaceful and and close to a beautiful white sand beach 5 minutes by car.
