The surrounding area is designed to offer a holiday of well-being, with comfortable chairs and chaise longue to enjoy the sun in peace, while a table under a charming gazebo invites you to share convivial moments in the shade.
In addition, the villa has another dining area, covered by a wooden gazebo supported by columns made with the traditional dry stone wall technique. For evenings of grilling under the stars, a practical stone barbecue is available.

Abbiamo speso 10gg in questa splendida location nel cuore del salento.
Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili.
Casa pulita e fornita di tutto quello che può servire ,in una posizione strategica,zona tranquilla e silenziosa,ma vicino alle più belle spiagge e ai centri di interesse del salento, tutto raggiungibile in massimo 20-30 minuti.
Il paese a un chilometro è fornito di tutto, compreso locali e ristoranti per passare delle piacevoli serate.
Speriamo di tornare di nuovo prestissimo.

The villa sits in a nice remote location for which a car is required to reach. No neighbours in a large radius gives this villa an eminence of rest and privacy. The villa is 20 minute drive from the beaches and 10 min drive to nearby cities Specchia and Presicce.
The price is very low for a great location and the service was amazing. We asked for specific things, which were delivered the same day. The owner also was ready to accept us on Easter night. The swimming pool, wood-fired pizza oven and long table were all very useful.
Overall, a great experience at a beautiful location for a wonderful price.
Abbiamo soggiornato dal 17 al 22 Settembre. Il signor Amedeo e sua moglie sono stati di una gentilezza e disponibilità estrema, super accoglienti nel check in!!! La Villa è dotata di tutto ciò che serve, cucina fornitissima di elettrodomestici e pentole, aria condizionata, lavatrice, camere da letto confortevoli, pulizia e cura dei dettagli. Le foto presenti in descrizione le rendono pienamente giustizia anche se vederla dal vivo per quanto è bella vi sorprenderà ancor di più..!!. La piscina ci ha concesso momenti di relax, in totale privacy. La posizione permette di raggiungere un sacco di meravigliose località marine del basso Salento, nonché i vicini paesi di Specchia e Presicce per qualsiasi necessità. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!!
