Villa Malea Luxury consists of:
– 6 bedrooms, 4 triples with double bed and single bed,1 with a bunk bed and one single, and one single bedroom
– 6 bathrooms, including 1 outside

– private pool of over 70 sqm with whirlpool corner
– private parking for up to 5 cars
The sumptuous luxury Villa Malea, stands on a vast plot of about 1000 square meters in the picturesque town of Giuggianello.
It has 6 luxurious bedrooms and as many bathrooms, distributed between the main residence and a delightful semi-basement annex, just 50 meters from the villa. The 6 bedrooms are divided into 4 triple suites with double and single bed, 1 room with a bunk bed and a single bed, and one single room (The layout of the rooms can be customized according to the preferences of the guests).
The interior is characterized by a rustic and traditional style, enriched by the modernity of some furniture. The remarkable stone details, especially in the bathrooms and the ceilings of the bedrooms, offer an immediate immersion in the culture and architecture of Salento. All rooms are spacious and bright, with a colour palette that combines the soft tones of the walls with the most vibrant shades of furniture, inspired by the typical colours of the maritime environment.
The shower in one of the two bathrooms is particurarly striking, with tiles decorated with exceptional patterns and colors, which recall the Salento ceramics.
The spacious and welcoming lounge/dining room features a long, rattan L-shape sofa in front of a 60-inch wall-mounted television. Without glass, but with folding curtains, it offers a refined atmosphere.
In the annex, we have a large and well-stocked kitchen/living room with dining table, sofa bed and 50-inch TV. Then there are three bedrooms – a spacious double and two singles – and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The outdoor area is a sight for sore eyes: an infinity pool of over 70 sqm with whirlpool corner, surrounded by several chaise longues and beach umbrellas, all framed by a lush green lawn. The ultimate for a relaxing holiday. To complete the pool area, a gazebo with stone piano bar, equipped with column fridge, ideal for preparing cocktails to enjoy by the pool, as well as an outdoor bathroom.
Villa Malea Luxury has all the necessary amenities: electric oven and microwave, hairdryer, 2 TVs, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (located in the living room, in three bedrooms and in the dependancen in the living area), table football, ping-pong table, outdoor showers and a waterfall.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e nuovissima villa ,piena di comfort e vicinissima al centro del paese…..consigliatissima per famiglie,coppie,comitive di giovani e anche con disabili ci si adatta tranquillamente….

Fantastica la nostra esperienza da Villa Malea Luxury a Giuggianello!! L’alloggio è completo di ogni servizio e curato in ogni singolo aspetto. La villa è stata appena terminata per cui è nuovissima e ben pensata sulla disposizione. L’esterno è la chicca della casa, con una piscina meravigliosa e tanti spazi ricreati per lo svago e per stare in compagnia! Leandro e Daria, i proprietari, sono stati di una gentilezza superlativa e ci hanno seguiti per qualsiasi nostra esigenza!!!
Che dire, sicuramente torneremo quando saremo di nuovo in zona!
