It has been expertly renovated, preserving and renovating historical elements such as walls and vaults, integrating them with modern furnishings.
With a surface area of approximately 350 square meters, the villa hosts 4 double bedrooms distributed on several levels, all characterized by high vaulted ceilings, known as “star“, a typical architectural technique of Salento. Frantoio is the ideal place to relax after a day spent exploring the villages of Puglia or the splendid beaches of its coast.

The hosts kindly met me upon arrival and explained everything. They have set up this beautiful home in a modern and intuitive way so all systems are easy to understand (air conditioning, music, lights, access, etc). This is a perfect location to use as a home base while you explore southern Puglia
We had a wonderful family stay in this beautifully renovated former olive mill. The stone vaulted ceilings add a unique charm to this spacious house, making it a true haven of peace. The outdoor area is also really nice, with a swimming pool and a dining area where we spent a lot of time!! The kitchen and living room are very inviting spaces, perfect for family gatherings.
Our host provided a warm welcome, extremely kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. The house is ideally located, just a few minutes from the center of Melendugno and just 10 minutes from the beaches. Having a supermarket just 100 meters away was a great convenience during our stay.
The house is very well-equipped, with all modern comforts: air conditioning, full appliances, spacious beds, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. This stay not only met but exceeded our expectations.
Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this house and will gladly return with our family on our next visit.
