You won’t find large stretches of sand, but you will fall in love with the small cove hidden at the foot of the eclectic building that dominates the landing, once known as the ancient Portus Veneris (Port of Venus).

Where is Tricase Porto and how to get there
The town of Tricase Porto is located in a picturesque location along the Adriatic coast of Salento, in the heart of the Parco naturale regionale Costa Otranto – Santa Maria di Leuca e Bosco di Tricase. To the south, it borders the picturesque district of Marina Serra, while to the west there is one of the Salento greenhouses of the municipality of Tricase. To the north, the promontory on which stands the historic Torre del Sasso offers a breathtaking panoramic view. The coast of this area is mainly low and rocky, enriched by numerous caves and small coves that create a varied and fascinating landscape.
The best way to reach Tricase Porto is by car, coming from Lecce you will just have to take the SP16 Adriatica and then take the SS275. In Montesano Salentino take the 178 and then the 335 and finally the 358 until Tricase Porto.
Alternatively, you can arrive at Tricase port by bus taking the service line 105 Salento in Bus from Lecce or neighboring countries.
