This new house, mainly built with the characteristic “pietra leccese”, is an elegant residence of 150 square meters. It has three bedrooms, two triples and one double, three bathrooms and a cozy living room with kitchenette.
The interior furniture reflects the traditions of Salento, but has also modern elements, evident in fine details and in the contemporary design of bathrooms with sinks and shower rooms. Modernity is also reflected in the high-quality accessories, which conform to current technological standards. This combination of tradition and modernity ensures maximum comfort. The predominant colour in the interior is white, from the walls to most of the furniture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that conveys serenity.
The outdoor spaces, extending over 2000 square meters, ensure an indisputable privacy and tranquility. Drenched in the Salento countryside, the villa has an infinity swimming pool of 8×4 meters, with stone interiors and an exclusive whirlpool corner. Adjacent to the pool, chairs and chaise longue on one side, comfortable loungers in the shade of large beach umbrellas planted on the other side, give the possibility to choose between sunbathing or sipping a relaxing drink in the shade. An elegant white gazebo covers a large stone table, creating an ideal place for quiet meals. On the other side, a second white gazebo houses a covered parking space.
Thanks to its unique features, Villa Zorro Luxury promises a fabulous holiday in a regenerating oasis of pure relaxation.

Nous avons profité de cette villa 5 nuits du 15 au 20 octobre 2024. Le prix était très compétitif, grâce au hors-saison. La foule en moins, l’emplacement était parfait pour rayonner jusqu’à Lecce, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, et très proche de Gallipoli. Mancaversa nous a semblé bien triste et plutôt moche sans son activité estivale. En voiture, très proche des plages paradisiaques en direction du sud, des impressionnantes falaises et grottes côté adriatique.
La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée, la cuisine, vaisselle et accessoires sont très complets. Il nous a manqué une poubelle dans la cuisine, mais des bacs de tri sont présents à l’extérieur.
Nous avons aimé les salles de bain, et profité de la machine à laver à disposition. Quelques jeux d’intérieur en plus ne seraient pas de refus, mais certains sont déjà présent.
L’extérieur est vaste et plaisant, grâce à une belle piscine qui ne pique pas les yeux et une table de ping-pong.
L’accueil et la communication avec l’équipe de HDSalento est très aimable et facile.
Nous recommandons ce bien, à prix abordable à cette saison 🙂
Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa nel mese di giugno 2024 con la mia famiglia, e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente fantastica! La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto, offrendo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Le camere sono accoglienti e ben curate, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in famiglia.
La posizione è ideale: in una zona tranquilla ma comunque vicina a tutte le principali spiagge, attrazioni e ai servizi. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato lo spazio esterno e la piscina. Ottima l’accoglienza di Sonia al nostro arrivo e pronte le risposte in caso di necessità durante il soggiorno.
In sintesi, questa casa ha superato le nostre aspettative e ha reso le nostre vacanze estive davvero speciali. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci! Altamente consigliata.
