A long driveway shared with another property leads to the house and the private parking area.
The villa, arranged on a single level, features a charming blend of antique and modern elements indoors, with white as the dominant color. Lecce stone details create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the furnishings combine minimalist style with the simplicity and authenticity of traditional home design.
The charm of Villa Mariant extends to its outdoor spaces, creating an oasis of relaxation and entertainment. A large green lawn of approximately 500 square meters surrounds a stunning infinity pool of generous size, measuring 10 x 5 meters. The surrounding area is designed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, with comfortable sun loungers and chaise longues to enjoy the sun in total comfort, as well as a table set in the shade of a charming gazebo, perfect for sharing convivial moments.
In addition, there is another dining area covered by a wooden gazebo supported by columns built using the traditional dry-stone wall technique. For unforgettable barbecues under the stars, guests will find a stone barbecue located in a further dining area, complete with an elegant long stone table shaded by another wooden gazebo. On the green lawn, there is also a wooden swing designed for the enjoyment of younger guests. All of this is set in a context of complete privacy, with only the main entrance to the property being shared.

Stefano una,bellissima persona e il posto incantevole ottimo padrone di casa, unica pecca dividete la villa con un cancello i cani sono usciti fuori c era intenso via vai nell’altra villa :)Stefano t’aspettiamo a Napoli

Appena rientrati dalla nostra vacanza nella bellissima villa Mariant. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Tutto bellissimo, la villa, la piscina, la pulizia impeccabile della struttura. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e il proprietario Stefano e la fidanzata Tiziana sono 2 persone meravigliose, sempre disponibili e impeccabili. Grazie per questa meravigliosa esperienza, assolutamente da rifare.
