Villa Frantoio Luxury è situata nel cuore del centro storico di Melendugno e un tempo era un antico frantoio risalente al 1800.
È stata sapientemente ristrutturata, preservando e rinnovando elementi storici come i muri e le volte, integrandoli con arredi moderni.
Con una superficie di circa 350 mq, la villa ospita 4 camere matrimoniali distribuite su più livelli, tutte caratterizzate da alti soffitti a volta, noti come “a stella“, una tipica tecnica architettonica del Salento. Il Frantoio rappresenta il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare i borghi della Puglia o le splendide spiagge della sua costa.

The hosts kindly met me upon arrival and explained everything. They have set up this beautiful home in a modern and intuitive way so all systems are easy to understand (air conditioning, music, lights, access, etc). This is a perfect location to use as a home base while you explore southern Puglia
We had a wonderful family stay in this beautifully renovated former olive mill. The stone vaulted ceilings add a unique charm to this spacious house, making it a true haven of peace. The outdoor area is also really nice, with a swimming pool and a dining area where we spent a lot of time!! The kitchen and living room are very inviting spaces, perfect for family gatherings.
Our host provided a warm welcome, extremely kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. The house is ideally located, just a few minutes from the center of Melendugno and just 10 minutes from the beaches. Having a supermarket just 100 meters away was a great convenience during our stay.
The house is very well-equipped, with all modern comforts: air conditioning, full appliances, spacious beds, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. This stay not only met but exceeded our expectations.
Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this house and will gladly return with our family on our next visit.
